S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, ridges fixed with L-type or J type or cranked hook bolts including dismantling existing asbestos cement sheets(corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.45mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, , fixed with self tapping long screws including dismantling steel sheeting (Corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled/hollow tube mild steel of any type/size/ sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors and door frames; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc of Fe 290 (Gde E-165) including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled/hollow tube mild steel of any type/size/ sections as in roof trusses (framed) of Fe 290 (Gde E-165) including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for compound girders and stanchions, steel columns, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, hollow sections, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. confirming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, channel, benching of manhole, bed plates or similar works including necessary form work and demolition of existing plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.8mm thick galvanised mild steel, plain sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required including dismantling of existing mild steel plain sheet complete all as specified and directed..

S&F framed work such as in fancy gates, sliding gates, including their moving tracks made with hollow tubes, angle, flats, "C" channels, Tee, plain mild steel bar, etc., or of similar type of work conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165) including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F purpose made butt hinges, steel roller, rigid castor with bracket, sliding door bolts, tower bolts, fancy spikes or similar type of work fixed with welding conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) suitable for stone/concrete door, steel gates and window frames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm without leaving the pores/voids in the surface including cleaning the surfaces over primed or APP membrane surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bitumen based primer for use in waterproofing and damp-proofing treatments applied @ 0.30 liter per Sqm in two coats over concrete/plastered surface including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick in CM 1:4, cement mortar plaster over old/new RCC/PCC surfaces of wall and floor using 1% by weight of cement, liquid integral water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement including the following provisions:- (a) After curing and drying of surface, apply solution of one coat, grey cement mixed with chemical Tapecrete P-151(Make CICO)/Pidicrete URP (Make Dr Fixit)/or equivalent product of Fosroc mixed in 1:2 (one part chemical two parts of grey cement) proportion, apply with painting brush/roller to seal the pores in wall, slab and floor. (b) After drying providing and laying of fiber mesh cloth over entire area and apply solution in two coats, white cement mixed with chemical Tapecrete P-151(Make CICO)/Pidicrete URP (Make Dr Fixit)/or equivalent product of Fosroc , mixed in 1:2 (one part chemical two parts of white cement) proportion including preparation of surface, cleaning as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fiber Mesh shall be paid under supply only item.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 over concrete roof or wall surface of any description finished even & smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound and fiber mesh cloth as required over surface as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Note: Water proofing compound and fiber mesh cloth will be paid seperately

Supply only fiber mesh cloth to cover cracked area over wall/roof surfaces fixed with chemical or as per manufacturer's instrcuctions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 over brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
