Slurry Submersible Pump with attached agitator to the extended shaft. Duty Head - 25 meter Duty Discharge - 100 Cubic Meter per Hour Casing Type - Twin Volute Casing Solid Handling Capacity - upto 25mm size particles Solid Concentration - 20 to 30% Pump Horizontal length discharge - 500 meter at 50M3/h Max. Slurry temp. - 90 degree Celsius .pump should be able to handle slurry temp.(maximum) upto 90 degree Celsius even in submerged condition without any additional cooling arrangement . Discharge elbow type - Removable Discharge elbow / pipe size - maximum 100mm or as pump design Mechanical seal - Non pressurised mechanical seal. Preferably Double mechanical seal further protected by leap seal. Material construction of wet end/ submerged part - Hi chrome / ni hard alloy . Shaft material - Martensitic stainless steel . Shaft sleeve - steel alloy with tungsten carbide coating . Inducer /Agitator - Hardened stainless steel with tungsten carbide coating . Fasteners - Stainless steel . Overall Construction of pump - Heavy duty pipe. Pump design and tested as per protection class IP-68 standard . Bearing – Generously oversized to have extended life , antifriction ball bearing . Pump cable – pump cable should be galvanised steel armouring to protect against . Motor winding- High temp. winding material .stator windings and rotor plates & bars should be of material having high conductivity of temp. Resistance which can be operated at high temp.range. Motor winding should be capable to take 8 to 10 starts per hour. Motor type- Oil filled housing. Protection – Dry run and overload protection . Capacity of electrical motor – To suit the above requirement of pump . Voltage rating of electrical motor -415V AC ,3 Phase ,50Hz. Speed of motor- 1400 to1500 RPM/ 4 Pole. Insulation of electrical motor- H. Cooling of Motor Housing - Forced convection cooling by nature of the pump fluid passing around the motor housing. Overall design of pump and motor should be able to handle coal mud,coal particles,slurry etc. Accessories to be supplied with each pump :- 1.Control panel consisting of DOL starter suitable starter for rated capacity of slurry submersible pump with dry run and over load protection .Control panel should be with ELCB with door interlock facility ,pump motor protection relay,ampere and voltage meter or voltage sensing relay, 3 phase indicator, Start- Stop Push Button, ON-OFF Push Button. 2.Firm will supply pump with cable suitable to its electrical rating/current.Length of pump Cable-20 meter. 3.Heavy duty flexible slurry discharge hose of length-10 meter(02 Nos of each pump).Hose should be flexible ,abrasive resistant delivery hose single braided in steel. 4.Lifting chain-SS304 grade chain for lifting and installation of pump-Length-05 meter(02 Nos for each pump).
