For replacement of damaged conductors of R and Y ph between Tower No 19I and 19II on 220 KV Rewa Road Sirathu transmission line

Dismantalling of 2 phases of existing ACSR Zebra conductor (span length -210.56 mtr), all hardware fittings and conductor accessories e.g armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings etc of existing line and re-rolling of dismantalled conductors on empty drums for re-use, no cutting of conductors is allowed, safely transportation of all removed materials to UPPTCL stores including its safe stacking and storage at store location as per directions of supervising engineer (Qty. calculated as per work is to be done on 2 phase only 210.56 x 2/3= 140.37 mtr)

Construction of scaffolding of sufficient height on both side of HT/LT line for providing sufficient clearance to conductors during stringing and de-stringing of ACSR Zebra conductor as per requirement

Carriage of various materials from different substation to working site and carriage of remaining materials from working site to substation store including its proper stacking and safe storage in substation store as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes arranging conductor turn table for straightening of ACSR Zebra conductor, by taking out ACSR Zebra Conductor drum with the help of hydra/crane etc by clearing the way in store for taking out conductor drum with the cost of conductor turn table, hydra/crane, men, materials, T&P and any other miscellaneous consumable item to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. Materials to be transported includes carriage of ACSR Zebra conductor, all hardware fittings and conductor accessories e.g armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings, tension fittings, arcing horn etc and other miscellaneous materials for satisfactory completion of the work, in carriage truck/freight vehicle etc to be arranged by contractor( distance approx 10 km)

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc of ACSR Zebra conductor (span length -210.56 mtr) including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e fittings, armour rods, vibration dampers etc on 2 phases of 220 KV SC Lines. (Qty. calculated as per work is to be done on 2 phase only 210.56 x 2/3= 140.37 mtr)
