Development of Sarsawa Airport (Saharanpur) for RCS Operations. SH Provision of Apron Flood Lights.

Supply Part i)Supply of high mast shaft 16 M in two section suitable for 47 m/sec wind speed as per IS:875 part-III along with head frame, luminaires carriage suitable for 10-15 nos 250W LED floodlight luminaires to meet illumination profile as per Aerodrome Design Manual, Part 4, in symmetrical arrangement with counter weights and other accessories manufactured in factory. -01 Nos ii) Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial. -01 set iii) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. -01 Set iv) Supply of LED floodlight type 250W LED(similar to Bajaj model PRAZE F 300L/Surya roshni model NAFL).-08 Nos. or more to meet Apron illumination profile as per Aerodrome Design Manual, Part 4 Chapter 13. v) Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light.-02 Nos vi) Supply of outdoor, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet, IP-55, stand mounted feeder pillar with 1 no. 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 32A TPN contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25 sq. mm and out going 6Sq.mm & control 2.5 sq. mm terminals i/c provision for manual to raising & lowering etc.

Erection Part i) Construction of shallow foundation with M-25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour inculding excavation as per site condition, back filling, disposal of excess soil within Airport premises etc. complete in all respect. ii) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. iii) Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2 nos per mast required) iv) Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the High Mast mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in cement concrete complete with all hardwares as required.

Supply of followin sizes of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Alumimium Conductor armoured power cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date :

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size up to 35 Sq. mm. in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5C x 25 Sq mm/4 x 6 Sq.mm
