Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meters (P.W.D.chapter-7 item no.708 )

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing wall with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with siliconeadditives of required shade old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1:43 Ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima , weather coat att guard)

Providing and Fixing of PVC vertical blinds with slat width 25mm and slat thickness 2 mm Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre,drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of recess/surface mounting round 36 watt to 46 watt LED down lighter having powder coated die cast aluminium housing with extended heat sink and diffuser/ reflector and driver set complete in all respect.
