Complete rewinding of the motor of capacity 3H.P/2.2 kw, 3 phase 50 hz, 2330 RPM by way of replacing damaged copper wiring of suitable gauge copper wiring as per existing pitch of modular OT . The job includes p/f of lathoroid sheets,bamboo sticks, varnishing compound and other consumable items required for carrying out such jop. The job also includes disconnecting of the motor from the foundation and shifting it to the workshop by mechanical transport for rewinding and after carrying the necessary repairs and shifting it back to the site and installing the same. the job also includes checking the performance of the same on full load and idle load(the firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring).

providing and fitting of thermal overload realay having range of(4.5 amp to 7.5 amp) directly operated by way of dismantling the old and damaged relay and fitting of new one.(1W+1S)

providing and fitting of 3 pole 25 amp MCB by way of dismantling the old and damaged MCB and fitting of new one and should be confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 (1W+1S)

providing and fitting of 3 pole VSPD1 protection device by way of dismantling the old and damaged one and fitting of new one. and should be confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 (1W+1S)

providing and fitting of 3 pole 22 amp contactor by way of dismantling the old and damaged relay and fitting of new one. and should be confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4. (1W+1S)

providing and fitting of scrub sink timer controller panel(180mmX180mm) in size which shows timing in digital format along with solenoid operated valve of any reputed make by way of dismantling the old and worn out unit from the scrubber housing and refitting of new one. The job includes minor repairs to tap and replacement of washer if required. The job also includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to get work completed.

providing and fitting of CP connection to the solenoid operated valve of having 12mm dia by way of dismantling the old and worn out tubes with new one.

Servicing of various capacities split type hot and cold air conditioning units by using skilled labours and technicians. The job includes dismantling of indoor/outdoor unit filters and cleaning fins of coil by using suitabe vaccum cleaner. The job also includes removing of dust and dirt from the out door unit by way of spraying suitable compound and cleaning of drain pipe by way of spraying high pressure water. The job further includes checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirement and then assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit followed by testing the performance of the AC unit on load. All tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm.
