Material & Labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper on old surfaces of wall over a coat of primer perparation of surface by complete removal of distempered and painted surfaces complete.

Material & Labour two coats of acrylic emulsion extenior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or Equivalent) over a coat of acrylic amulsion primer on new surface including preparation of surface of any description all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment and M&L for providing two coats of acrylic emulsion extenior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or Equivalent) over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer on old treated surface of any description including preparation of surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing loose concrete/plaster upto sound stratum of ceiling ,chajjas, cloumns and beams and cleaned the slurface with water using water jet etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete work finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new surface of ceiling including preparation of plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coats of white wash on old surface of ceiling including preparation of surface complete.

Taking down Steel doors exc 1.5 sqm not exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame)

Supply and fix of Steel rolling shutters (Thickness of laths in 1.00mm) , with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of primer.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (Dr Fixit IW+ or equivalent, 200ml per bag of cement).

Material & labour for cleaning of roof tops including removing the esixting treatment by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper and roughening the existing surfaces to receive plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The drbris out the cleaning/removing/ scraping shall be removed out MD Land

Material and labour for provideing 10mm thick cement plaster over roof slab (over the area of dismantled roof treatment ) in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (quoted rate shall inclussive of SBR latex)

Supply & Laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.0 kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm by torching the membrane including sealing the over lap while torching with 100mm on length side and 100mm wide side as per manufactorer instuctions including joints and changes in direction the curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 Ml/bag of cment cured well before laying of membrance all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge including two coats of bituminous aluminium paint. Note (i) irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to beinclusive of primer APP membrane & SBR Latex.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed and specified.
