Scope of Work
Sewage Treatment Plant:- 1. Operation which will include chemical dosing, drainage of Sludgefrom MBBR, TS. 2. Cleaning of BS, O & G. 3. Operation & routine maintenance of Blowers & Pumps. 4. Maintenance of instruments & electrical. 5. Operation which will include backwash of filters. The following item of works have to be covered within this Annual Maintance work- 1) One trained operator to be present at site during operation of the STP plant. 2) The quality of water. ie BOD and COD have to be checked on regular basis by laboratory technician and report have to be submitted. 3) Providing of Chlorine, Poly, Alum, Bleaching powder and other required chemicals for regular running and maintenance of entire STP plant and its surrounding areas. 4) Providing of fast moving spares such as Gaskets , Filters and Medians etc for regular running of STP plant. 5) Cleaning of Screen bar and waste collection bin etc have to be taken on regular basis. The following tools have to be kept at site for regular maintance work. Oil can -1, Grease gun-1 , Tester -1, Screw driver-1 set, Pliers-1, Slide wrench 12 no-1, Pipe wrench 18”-1, Pipe wrench 24”-1, Ring wrench & dial wrench 25-28,24-27,20-22,18-19, 16-17, 14-15, 12-13 - 1 each, Cutter-1, L keys set-1, Hammer-1, Chisel-1, Tools kit-1, Hand gloves for electrician and fitter, Helmet, Nose mask, Safety shoes, PVC pipe 1”-120 Rft
