REPAIR OF INTERNAL WIRING ETC AT JCOs/OR ACCN UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE (N) MAMUN

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring using 3x1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade (Phase, neutral and earth wire) with proper colour coding drawn through and incl PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade (ISI Marked) of dia not less than 20mm and 1.5mm thick and connected to common earth dolly with 1.2mm thick steel pressed steel sunken box of adequate size and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws complete including cutting chases grooves for concealed wiring for light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch and making good (in CM 1:4) the surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 2 here-in-before but for one 5/6 Amp socket outlet point on same board controlled by one switch.
