Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with screws, gutties including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings, etc. removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling, etc.to match with existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring (concealed) with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FR unseathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts confirming to IS-694-1990 and one run continious earth wire with 1.5 Sqmm stranded core PVC insulated unsheathed FR copper conductor confirming to IS-6941990 in PVC Conduit concealed type incl PVC conduit/fitting etc, switch,sockets fixed to modular MS boxes and metal colour plate and complete all as specified and directed :-

One fan/exaust point controlled by one switch

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps, on the same board with other switches

One socket 3 pin outlet 5 amp on independent board

Taking down and Refixing only ceiling fan and connecting up with round flexible copper conductor Flame retardant PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core multi stranded of size 0.50 Sq mm from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling Fan complete with testing all as specified and directed. ( Note : 1. Cost of Flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded round flexible copper conductor 1100 V grade 3 Core 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of C / Fan is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core FR 6 Sqmm copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable medium grade including PVC conduit (appropriate size) concealed in wall for sub main connection including FR 6 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly all as specified.( Note :- Three runs of 6 sqmm copper conductor shall be measured as one unit length. ie Phase, Neutral, Earth)
