Supply of highly energy efficient, Minimum Five star, Invertor Type , hi-wall mounted 1.5 TR Split type Air-conditioner with rotary compressor, cordless remote, suitable for operation on 230 Volts +/- 10%, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply; capable of performing cooling,dehumidifying, air circulating, filtering and ventilation etc. as required. (Both indoor and Outdoor coil should be of copper ) Make :-As per AAI Approved Make List

Installation , Testing and Commisioning of hi-wall mounted Split type Air-conditioner of item no -1 . The job includes supply & installation of outdoor unit stand ( Metal/rubber type ) as per site conditions ,fixing of refrigerant piping, piping insulation & cabling work up to 3.5 Mtrs, drain pipe etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing Air Conditioners of different capacities and make from different locations with taking care of Outdoor unit, Indoor Unit and shifting to AAI Store etc complete as required.

Extra for supply and fixing copper refrigerant piping for 1.5/2 TR Split/Cassette AC, with insulation and flexible power cable up to outdoor unit beyond 3.5 metres etc. as required (Note : upto 3.5 mtr included in item no-1&2)

Extra for supply and fixing suitable size Hard PVC/Wire mesh flexible Drain Pipe from Indoor Unit to the drain outlet etc. as required.

Supply of Self Contained Storage type Water Cooler Cum Purifier with following Specification. (a) Storage Capacity :- Minimum 80 Ltrs ( b ) Cooling Capacity :- 40 Ltrs Per Hrs ( C ) Number of Taps :- Minimum 2( Normal + Cold ) (d) Front Body :- SS 304 (e ) Storage Tank Material= SS 304 (f) Purification Method :- Advanced 3 Stage Purification Process (R.O + UV + Carbon ): - • Having heavy duty sediment filter candle of polypropylene and silver impregnated activated carbon. • Having specially treated activated carbon. • Having Ultraviolet Treatment or RO Treatment ( g )Product must be ISI certified Suitable for operation of 230Volts +/- 10% , 50 Hz Single Phase AC Supply and as per the terms & conditions of the tender and as directed by Engineer Incharge Make :- AAI approved Make List or equivalent with Prior approval of EIC.
