Repair of damages road portion (due to laying of Underground IPH Pipline)on Parwanoo Kasauli Dharampur Subathu Solan road in Km. 0/00 to 57/100

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. as per technical specification complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mil) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per tables 400.11, 400.12 complete as per technical specification clause 406 complete upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechnical means of crushed stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III 75mm (seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. (eight to one hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic metres) per ten square metres and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials,labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing and laying 50mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, trasnporting the hot mix to work to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling, with smooth wheeled, viberatory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No-507 complete in all respect.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) at the rate of not less than 5.5% (five point five percent of mix weight or as per design mix with nono technology (Zycotherm) at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) weight of bitumen, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down rollng and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eighty) tonne sommth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MoRTH technical specification clause 507 complete upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimeters) thick and 0.10 (point one zero) meter wide strip in Center line / Edge line including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms ( two fifty grammes) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimeters) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (thirty five) in accordance with Ministory of Road Transport Specification (Latest revision) and IRC Code. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges
