M&L for dismantling and taking out under ground 80mm bore heavy duty 'C' class MS pipe with fittings and fixtures and under ground 70sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts, LT XLPE cable laid in pipe by means of excavation in trench and shifting the same pipe and cable already excavated trench in nearby distance and joining the pipe lines by means of necessary fittings and fixtures like tee, elbow, reducer, union, flange, nut & bolts, welding works etc and jointing the same XLPE cable with cable jointing kit and laying in existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Two length of 80mm MS pipe and one length of XLPE cable will be count as one running meter for measurement and payment purpose.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 80mm bore heavy duty “C” class M S Pipes ISI marked as per IS 1239 with all necessary fittings and fixtures like tee, elbow, reducer, gasket, nut & bolts etc, welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel support as required complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 40mm bore light grade M S Pipes ISI marked as per IS 1239 with all necessary fittings and fixtures like tee, elbow, reducer, gasket, nut & bolts etc, welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel support as required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for insulation of MS pipe, 80mm bore with thermocol insullation 25mm thick after applying one layer of bitumen with and including glass cloath wrapping on thermocol insulation and applying paramount polytreat chemical on glass cloth complete including cleaning the MS pipe surface by scrapping carefully with wire brush to make the surface completly free from scale durt, dust grease and other foreign material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, Commissioning, Jointing and testing LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, heavy duty armored cable with multi stranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 laid in trenches, ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drains / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified an directed of following size : (a) size 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core

Supply and making indoor termination heat shrincable type for 1.1 KV grade XLPE cable of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified an directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; etc not exceeding 10sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out inany type of soil etc including trimming of trees roots, complete all as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm etc complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc, complete all as specified and directed
