Glass Door Patch Fitting Providing and erecting of position fully glazed double leaf door and its side fixed glass in 12 mm thk toughened glass on patch fittings including top patch fitting , bottom patch fitting, patch lock floor spring of reputed manufacturer and SS handle 600mm long, 30mm dia. All damages to the floor work to be reinstated without any extra cost including the cost of other fitting and fixtures and necessary hardware , necessary holes, joints to be sealed with silicon seleant complete in all respect etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Frosted Film Providing and fixing premium quality , reflective designer frosted film of 3M make or equivalant and shade to be fixed to glassed of all types, windows, partition glass, panelled glass surfaces etc. completed as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Rate to include shape cutting as per design.

Decorative False Ceiling Providing and fixing Armstrong make grid false ceiling (Mineral Fibre sound absorbing sheet) at various location with 600mm x600mm board at all height etc. including fixing board to ceiling section and wall angle channel with the help of screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish edges of the board all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting.

Fabric Providing and fixing designer approved fabric panelling with approved fabirc with 12 mm thk foam to be fixed upto19 mm thk BWP plywood.

Polish Indian Polyurethane Polishing to woodwork with approved colour after preparing surface including scaffolding and hire charges of compressor machine including cost of filler and hardener material such as P. U. Sealing, P. U. Top coat (Matt/Glossy), Thinner, Spirit etc. and inclusive of all operation, material and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
