ZITA 2 UNDER MATHURA TERRITORY ON H1 BASIS”.

 Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited hereby pleased to invite bidders for Demolition

and scrap disposal of Sales building Assets at below mentioned two of our COCOs

under Mathura territory on H1 Basis:

SEC 20, GREATER NOIDA

DISTRICT- GAUTAMBUDDHA NAGAR, UP

BP- GNA SEC ZITA

SEC ZITA 2, GREATER NOIDA

DISTRICT- GAUTAMBUDDHA NAGAR, UP

 Bidders are hereby advised to visit the respective both COCOs first to check the

condition of existing Sales building assets and then only quote the rate accordingly for

the assigned work.

 Scope of the tender work includes demolition of existing sales building assets and

further disposal of the scrap generated during demolition at both of the sites including

site clearance in all respects at his/her own cost.

 Award of Job Criteria :-

 The tender Job will be awarded to the vendor on Individual H1 (Bidder quoting the

highest cumulatively for both of the Sales building assets) basis only.

 This is E-tender.

 GST for this tender is to be taken as 18%.

 Tenderers shall submit technical/price bids only through e-bidding. And no physical

documents with respect to price bid should be submitted. In case tenderer submits

physical documents for price bid, such documents will not be considered. All tender

filling should be done online only through BPCL e-procurement website

https://bpcltenders.eproc.in. Only EMD Demand Draft is allowed to be submitted in

hard copy at our Mathura Territory office.

 The agency is required to submit the bid online by due date and time i.e. 18.04.2023

up to 1100 Hrs.

 The bid shall be valid and open for acceptance of the Competent Authority of BPCL for

a period of 60 days from the date of opening of the tenders and no request for any

variation in quoted rates and/withdrawal of tender on any ground by successful bidder

shall be entertained.

 All the pages of the tender should be signed by the owner of the firm or his Authorized

signatory. In case the tenders are signed by the Authorized signatory, a copy of the

power of attorney/authorization may be enclosed along with tender.

 The tenderer should study all the tender documents like GCC (General Contract

Conditions), GPC, Scope of Work and all the respective Annexures carefully and

understand the Conditions etc. before quoting. If there are any doubts, he should

obtain clarifications, but this shall not be justification for late submission or extension

of opening date/time of the tenders.

 In complete/Conditional tender quotations or those received late and/not conforming

to the terms and conditions, the tender documents will be rejected.

 The Company reserves the right to reject any or every tender without assigning any

reason whatsoever and/or to negotiate with the tenderer (s) in the Company

considers suitable.

 Tender received after the closing date and time will be summarily rejected.

 The successful vendor has to give the amount quoted by him/her including 18% GST

in the form of Demand draft in favor of "Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited,

Payable at Mathura.

1. Bidders willing to participate in this tender has to submit EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)

of ₹ 5000 in favor of "Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited”, by way of Demand Draft,

Payable at Mathura for the work as demanded above.

2. Vendors has to ensure that hard copy of the Demand draft should reach at below

mentioned address one day before bid closing due date and due time:

3. Technical bids of all those Vendors whose hard copy of EMD Demand draft will not reach

at the Mathura territory office will not be considered and rejected immediately without

opening of their respective commercial bids. BPCL will not be responsible in that scenario.

EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT

 The successful tenderer had to show all the original documents submitted during

online bidding to the company authorize representative.

 The successful tenderer shall within 7 days of the Company’s communication to him

of the acceptance of his tender, execute a formal Agreement with the Company, on

the Company’s format.

3.0 General terms and Conditions of the contract:

All the GCC would be as per the Standard GCC documents attached with the Tender document
