M & L preparing of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying two coats of Dr Fixit Raincoat Elastomeric Acrylic water proof exterior coating or equievalent over one coat of primer of DR Fixit Primesea or equievalent, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement incl necessary use and waste of form work complete, & incl demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, column etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 3 storey bldgs complete all as specified & directed (Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightend / welded with the existing re-inforcement. M & L for apply one prime coat acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating (Brushbabd of FOSROC or equivalent) and over that two coats of acrylic polymer modified two component elastomeric water proofing membrance coating (Brush band of fosroc mate or equivalent) complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by engineer-in-charge.Make:- Fosroc,Sika, Dr fixit Note :-(1) . This item shall only be executed through level 4 or level 5 certified and authorised applicator of the company. (2). A warranty for 5 yerars in the form of written agreement shall be submitted by the contractor. (3). M & L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete/plaster surfaces complete.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) cleaning of new rendered surfaces properly and drying the surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm (iii) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method.(iv) Applying two coats of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats as per manufacturers instruction.
