Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m in all kind of soil completely all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling moorum/red bajri (Top Layer upto 300mm) in low lying area or floors/pavings, laid/spreading in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick including watering, ramming, levelling, consolidating and rolling with 8-10 ton power roller complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading and transportation from any lead to the site of work (b) No claim what so ever shall be admissible on account of location and availability of source of moorum and shall be ascertained by the tenderer by visiting the site before quoting the rate. (c) Initial level shall be finalized through BOO conved by GE before execution of this item.(d) Final level shall be finalized and approved by GE before payment of this item.

M&L for forming embankments including raising/lowering of earth (CBR Value more than 5), spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering and consolidation with rolling by power roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne and finishing to required gradient and camber for achieving required compaction density at least of 95% of the maximum dry density complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The quoted rate includes cost of earth including royalty, texes etc., excavation, transportation, loading, unloading to the work site etc. & nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for this item. (b) Initial level shall be finalized through BOO conved by GE before execution of this item.(c) Final level shall be finalized and approved by GE before payment of this item.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection, etc completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm including spreading in layers, levelling, ramming, consolidating and rolling with vibrator completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in sub base, filling and mass concrete using type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations incl watering and consolidation completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, rtc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick/stone surface finished even and fair completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels, haunching and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, copping, etc finishing surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement completely all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling any type of AC sheet (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings completely all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepainted corrugated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepainted plain galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws completely all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular for columns, roof truss, purlins, rafters and battens etc incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tube conforming to IS :1161-1979 Gde St-240 completely providing in any curvature and as of any shape etc completely all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer completely all as specified and as directed.
