Supply of outdoor units (Cooling ) along with additional refrigerant top up,with Scroll Inverator Compressor .It should come with special pre-coated fins,panel, corrosion resistant & hydrophilic treatment coated condender, electrical & microprocessor panel, with or without isolating valves,factory gas charged for proper functioning of the units,having following approximate capacities Capacity as listed below & approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply of Ceiling Mounted VRF/VRV connected One Way and Four way Cassette type Indoor Unit and Panel with Normal /compact cooling coil inside falls ceiling each comprising of cooling coil, electronic expansion valve, multi speed fan motors, dynamically balanced blowers, built in drain pump with electronic level sensor, synthetic washable filter including insulation and suitable for remote control operation suitable to operate from central remote .with all required support, anchor fastners hardware, interconnecting refrigerent,copper piping, valves, supports etc including termination at nearest power outlet with copper wires of suitable capacity and rating in metallic flexible conduit and interlocking in outdoor units (unit shall confirmed to the detailed specification of tendered document and providing power /control cabling/ earthing of indoor unit complete with supplying of all material in all respect as per specifications and system complete as required & approved by Engineer Incharge.

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction & approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required & approved by Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing 63A, 25kA TPMCCBrating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic relesase 63A, 3 Pole, 25KA (Icu) having Adjustable Thermal (0.7xIn) & Fixed Magnetic Release (10xIn) with Extended Rotary Handle in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required & approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply, Installation,Testing and Commisioning of air curtain units contructed with powder coated metallic casing type (casing shall be airodynamic design constrcution) complete with forward curved blade direct driven fan driven by EC motor alongwith suaitable controller .Air curtain shall be suaitable for horizontal / vertical installation.Mounting bracket shall be manufacturer (unit complete with mounting bracket,potentiometer to control airflow & autocut door magnet switch) , Air curtain shall be designed for outlet velocity of 9.6-11 m/s and minimum sir velocity at 3 meter shall be 2.4 m/s, air curtain with 2.0 meter width -(air quantity-4600 CMH, POWER SUPPLY -230 V/1ph/50HZ, Motor Type/Rating-EC/0.26 KW,Protection Rating -IP-20).The material should be approved by Engineer Incharge .

Supplying and installing 225 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required & approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply, Installation and Testing of G I Sheet with Galvanized Coating cable tray cover for 225 mm powder coating M.S. cable trays it is highly durable and robust , corrosion and can sustain high load and including bolts & nutsall accessories as per specifications etc. as required & approved by Engineer Incharge.
