All as per description of serial item No. 3 above but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surface of size 600x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3), complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, platform, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm using rollers to achieve smooth glossy surface including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less then 3 kg / Sqm, reinforeced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, uniformly embeded during manufacturing process, shall be used. It shall be laid by torch application. Side overlaps shall be 75 mm and the ends shall be 100 mm and all overlaps and joints shall also be sealed by torch application. (ii) Rendering of uneven surface with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound as approved by GE @ 0.2% by weight of cement consumed incl filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness /seepage is noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty as approved by GE. (IV) After drying putty,wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacture's instruction to bottom and vertical sides upto finished floor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layers shall be 1mm. when the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion.

Note : - (i) Length of reinforcement bars any dia cleaned of rust all around will be measured for payment. (ii) Thickness will be measured excluding plaster.

M&L for applying two coats of epoxy based passivating, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system as approved by GE for old and new reinforcement any dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Epoxy based passivating, protecting & bonding coat of zinc rich system will be paid separately as separately.

M&L for removing the defective fan winding of ceiling fan size upto 1200mm / 1400 mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, applying insulation varnish, soldering, pre heating and binding with empire tubes, crimple sheet etc. as required for rewinding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down the old exhaust fan of any sweep carefully from its installed position, dismantling complete all as directed. NOTE:- Kitchen exhaust fan in lieu. of chimney i.e. 38 Nos will be deposited in E/M store as directed.

Repair / replacement of exhaust fan unserviceable parts (like as Bearing , Capacitor , Rubber wheel bush etc.) and cleaning of all dust, applying grease for bearings, reassembling the fan and blades, writing MES No. with black paint and keeping a side safely and refixing in position and connecting up including provision of 3 core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fan and testing on completion complete all as directed. NOTE:- The spare parts (like as Capacitor , Rubber wheel bush, Nut & bolts etc.) required shall be included in quoted rates nothing paid extra.

M&L for removing the defective fan winding of exhaust fan size upto 300 mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, applying insulation varnish, soldering, pre heating and binding with empire tubes, crimple sheet etc. as required for rewinding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No -03 of MES SSR part -I as specified and as directed including the following:- (i) GI earth plate of size 60x 60cm x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not laess than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers. ( n.exc 15 cms each layer)

(iii) 4 mm GI wire from earth plate to MCB DB/machinery including necessary GI bolts, nuts check , washers, thimbles etc.(iv) 20 mm bore, light grade, Gi pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit.

(v) 15 mm dia bore G. I. medium grade pipe for protection of earth wire. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit.

(vii) 50 mm thick precast cover of reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with steel rainforcement 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm C/C both ways and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 m as directed. Note :- GI Wire & Protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Taking out the electric geyser of capacity 25 Ltrs Ltrs carefully from its installed position by disconneting inlet and outlet water pipes, dismantling the unit and replacing the defectivep parts and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and witing MES No.and safely keeping a side & refixing in its original position after completion of civil work and reconnecting the inlet/outlet water pipes and testing on completion complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only the following items suitable for electric geyser of capacity 25 Liters:-
