Bidder shall be a regular manufacturer/supplier/authorized dealer and shall have proven experience in the field of manufacturing/ supplying of similar items to any reputed organizations. In proof of the above, purchase order copy of value not less than Rs. 1.37 Lakhs in a single Purchase Order/ work order (considering supply portion only for work order) issued in the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) and same documents issued from the competent authority shall be uploaded in e-portal.

The Bidder in the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual turnover of Rs. 2.74 lakhs. In proof, annual reports/turn over certificates duly certified by the Chartered Accountant shall be compulsorily uploaded in e-portal. (Weightage of 10% per year will be considered for 5 preceding financial years to bring them to the present price level of financial year in which the tender is invited).
