SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO P-183 IN USMAN LINE UNDER GE STM

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement on internal wall surfaces.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1: 6 as under layer and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as finishing layer to external wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth including taking down existing cement plaster if necessary.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for applying one coat of white wash to old decorated surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, effloresent, salts, trading oil and greasy sports etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as spcd and as directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior weather proof paint over a coat of primer white or tinted upto tripal storey building incuding scaffolding arrangment on external surfaces of wall conmplete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to internal wall surfaces complete all as spcd and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted/treated surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint coat over a coat of primer white or tinted upto tripal storey building incuding scaffolding arrangment on external surfaces of wall conmplete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge.(Note:- different colours to be used on coloumns, beams, chajja, paradi etc )

Removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely and removel of all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.
