Imp. Note - 1. The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work. 4. Dismantling the Mosaic/white glazed/Ceramic/Vitrified tiles /Kotah stone etc. in flooring/dado/skirting etc. including removing of existing PVC flooring, dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials and disposing of debris within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Dismantling Asbestos sheet /E -board sheet /false ceiling roofing along with ridges, hype, valleys and gutters including scaffolding and stacking the materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Demolishing Reinforced cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening & stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Demolishing plain cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, disposal of materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Dismantling the existing structural steel work at all levels in M.S. channels, plates, angles, flats, R.S. joists, bolts etc. including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutting, removing the nuts, bolts, straitening of members & stacking within 50m lead out side the laboratories/ buildings etc. complete.

Note: 1.The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at terms & conditions specified.TMT bars of preffered make only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc. 2. Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.One sample comprisin of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractore at each satge right from sampling of testing .All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor. 3. the contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost. 4. 1.60mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment . 5. Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. at all levels including welding, painting two caots with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing and fixing 2mm thick epoxy based joint less flooring over existing flooring such as concrete floor, tiles, wood, metal etc. formulated out to required levels, thickness slopes and finished smooth or rough including curing, preparing the surfaces such as filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary by epoxy based trowelling compound, including providing and applying one coat of two component epoxy based primer including cost of materials and labours etc. complete as per manufacturer's recommendation.

Preparing the surface and etching with 10% commercial hydrochloric acid wherever necessary, neutralising the etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash, applying one coat of pigmented epoxy based primer followed by one coat of epoxy based trowelling compound, cutting and grinding the surfaces wherever necessary using waterproof quality emery paper and applying three finishing coats of epoxy based polyamine/polyamide cured special acid and alkali resistant paint of preffered make & tint including preparing surfaces, scrapping, filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary with epoxy based trowelling compound, cost of all materials, scaffolding and labour, tools & tackles, safety appliances and as per manufacturer's recommendations.

Providing & laying lean bitumen macadam for levelling course/camber correction with 4% binder using 60/70 Grade Bitumen by weight of total mix of aggregate consisting of 20mm and down grade including heating of binder and aggregate, handling of materials, mixing, transporting, spreading, finishing with paver to required levels, grade & camber, rolling with power roller etc. complete as per specification and including spreading the stone dust/lime on the finished surfaces.

Providing & applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) compying with IS:8887-1995 spraying the bitumen emulsion with mechanically operated spray unit,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

On W.B.M. surface @ 0.40Kg/Sqm

Design, supply and installing, Monsoon protected flame retardent high quality PVC coated membrane of 750 gsm (of Prefered make, Pre constraint 702 S2) with non weldable PVDF coating on top & weldable PVDF at bottom, with specified Warp and Weft strength & Tear resistance fabric to the existing steel frame work, including providing and fixing / using boundary cables – steel wire rope for proper shape and stiffning. The scope of work also includes making arrangement for drainage of rain water and all fittings ,accessories etc. complete as per drawing specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :1 - Rate to include the cost of material, labour, tools, plants, transportation, wastage etc. to cornplete the work in all respect as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. 2 - The bidders are strongly encouraged to visit site at RRCAT to understand building design and their layout and associated technical requirements. 3 - The tenderer have to furnish a three years onsite comprehensive warranty of the fabric used. 4 - Mode of Measurements- Plan area cover by fabric in haozontal plan on ground shall be measured for payment.
