Certain repairs to UG Sump water retaining structure and misc RCC structure of MES installation under AGE(I) (U) B/R Delhi Cantt-10

Taking down loose/damanged/breakage concrete of any description from reinforced cement concrete of columns, beams ,slab , bracing , chajjas, fins, facia, and wall etc upto height of 10 mtr from ground level by hammering with wooden malate carefully without damaging existing serviceable structure, chipping old concrete for receiving concrete, plastering etc and disposal of debris outside of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of hard drawn steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 kgs/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, fixed with existing reinforcement work upto height of 10mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for guniting with cement coarse sand ratio 1:3 with and including water proofing bonding agent @ 1 ltr per 50 kgs of cementand water cement ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using shotcrete pumps and allied equipment, uniform thickness 30mm to 50mm including 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 uniform and smooth finished upto height of 10 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning the existing surface of concrete and removing rust particle from existing exposed reinforcement of any dia by scraping with wire brush/emery paper or by grinding in certain portion of RCC Column, beams slab & wall including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of " anti corrosive protective coating as per manufacturer's printed instruction for corrosion protection on exposed old reinforcement of RCC Column, beams slab & wall including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy resin bonding agent @ (0.3 to 0.5 kg per sqm) for bonding new concrete with old concrete surfaces as per manufacture's printed instruction including preparation /cleaning of old concrete surface dust free before applying epoxy resin bonding agent ( i.e proportion of mix method of making etc as per manufacturer's printed instruction) to RCC columns, beam, slab& wall etc including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower and groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repaired complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(I) or Quick Fix/ solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two parat structural adhesive and repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for examining concrete by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 5-10 mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing unsound week/ loose concrete /cover & concrete around the rebars upto 10mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/chipper without damaging the sound concrete, daily cleaning and stacking of debris at prescribed location in polypropylene/ paper bags, disposing off the debris so generated on weekly basis outside the premises, incld necessay scaff-folding etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
