Modernization of Rural Link Roads falling in MC Mehta and Gehri in District Amritsar under Special Assistance to state for the year 2025-26 Group No. 7

Providing and laying factory made rubber moulded smooth finish cement concrete Kerb M-20 grade 250mm high with bottom width 165mm and top width 115mm made over strong vibratory table and fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per MORT&H specifications CSR 24.41 (a)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification

Providing, laying & spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading-I to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the insterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications. CSR item No.24.13 (ii) as per AC Slip-2 dated: 07.02.2013

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading II to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical specifications

Providing & laying of Brick on end edging 6.83cm wide, 11.11cm long and 22.86 cm high half brick deep including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth upto 50mtr. Complete as per Punjab PWD specifications complete as per CSR 24.16 (add difference of bricks rate)

Providing and laying surface dressing in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1kg per sqm laid on prepared surface after cleaning the road surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller complete as per technical clause 509 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical specifications

Providing, laying and compaction of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness consisting of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a Continuous type hot mix plant with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1.46kg per sqm, laid with Paver Finisher Mechanical and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat premixed in Continuous type hot mix plant using specified fine aggregates and penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @ 0.68kg per sqm, laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per technical clause 511 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and making rumble strips 15-20mm high at centre, 250mm wide placed at 1m centre to centre over freshly laid bituminous layer by using close graded premix surfacing material type B at approved locations to control speed and marked with 100mm wide white strips of thermoplastic road marking paint. The close graded premix surfacing material type B shall conform to technical clause 512 and thermoplastic road marking paint shall conform to technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M 35 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone ballast of size 40 mm gauge mixing by machenical means using concrete mixer voluemetric type as per CSR 10.11b (ii)

Construction of un-reinforced M-30 grade concrete pavement with dowel jointed over a prepared sub base with 43 grade OPC cement with Fly ash (subject to maximum 25% of cement content) of concrete, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a fully computerised batch mix plant as per approved mix design, transported to site in transit mixer with lead up to 10 km. laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per clause 602 of MORT&H 5th Revision Cum 1022.55 5275.65 1124.80 5377.90 Chapter- CSR 24.60 (a)

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade ordinary kilometre stone of standard design for village roads as per IRC 8-1980 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per technical clause 804 of MORT&H specification CSR 24.37

Reinforcement cement concrete M-15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC 25-1967 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per technical clause 806 of MORT&H specifications CSR 24.39

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade village board of standard design fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per PWD specification

Place Identification sign board 900x600mm rectangular as per IRC 67- 2012 with high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 – 09 and as per IRC 67 – 2012 fixed over 4mm thick aluminium Composite material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on two square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012. Using high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting Type IV as per ASTM D 4956 09 and as per IRC 67 2012 (CM Signage Double Sided Sign Board)

Providing and Fixing Cautionary Sign Board 600x600x600 triangular and definition plate 600x200mm rectangular item No.24.44 (B) +24.49

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 0.25kg per sqm area as per IRC:35 1997 complete as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications CSR Item No.24.57
