Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/Cutting in Marble stone including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Providing and laying machine cut, mirror polished, Italian Marble stone flooring laid in required pattern in linear portion of the building all complete as per architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab laid over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment to match the marble shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.18 mm thick Italian Marble stone slab, Perlato, Rosso verona, Fire Red or Dark Emperadore etc

Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished , Marble stone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architectural drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .18 mm thick Italian Marble stone slab,Perlato, Rosso verona, Fire Red or Dark Emperadore etc.

S&F 12mm thick toughened glass door swing type single or double including lock, handlw, stopper, clips, floor spring, hinges etc complete in all respect as per necessary fitting as directed by EIC. Make : Saint Gobain, Asahi india glass, Gold Plus

Providing & Fixing Second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 35mm thick shutter panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Removing surplus excavted and demolished material to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed in soils.
