Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road I vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening I binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density. Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface with bitumen VG10 Using bitumen Preusser distributer and spraying on bitumen boiler including cleaning, preparing the existing road surface as per specifications at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm (MORTH-503(b)/AR/YEIDA) MORTH 2019/5.02/503

Providing and laying dense graded bitumen macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 @ 4.25% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects. (MORTH/507) (A.R./YEIDA) 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of 60/70 @ 4.25% by weight of total mix.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 per cent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 509 complete in all respects. (MORTH-509/AR/YEIDA) 30mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of CRMB-55 @ 5% by weight of total mix
