PART-A (FOUNDATION WORKS)

Survey including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations(route length), GPS survey of linewith co-ordinates of each tower(the length of lineshall be authenticated by GPS Survey)

Soil Investigation Test (All kind of soil)

Check survey & Peg marking

Excavation of 132 KV Tower foundation including all earth work, back filling, leveling, watering and dewatering if necessary, preparing of crop and land compensation forms etc

Setting of stubs including of all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation(Rate per location)for follwing towers

PART-B (ERECTION/ STRINGING WORKS)

Transportation of all material from various stores under ETD-II Gorakhpur to site as required.

Erection of 132 KV towers including proper tightening, fixing/punching of number plates, phase plate & danger plates, bird guard, preparing of crop compensation forms etc.

Tack welding of all the bolts uo to height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrodes& application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of River Crossing tower&Anchor tower

Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt.

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of ACSR Zebra conductor including hoisting of insulators , fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc.on all Six phases of 132 KV DC lines, preparing of crop compensation forms etc.

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing,including fitting of all necessary Hardware and accessories of OPGW&OFAC,terminationat S/S,end to end connectivity&testing etc of 132KV&220 KV lines

PART-C (DISMANTLING WORKS)

Anchoring of section towers by providing stay on cross arms of section towers before removal of old conductors including suitable fixing of stay rod by making CC foundations and removal there of after completion of work (01 Job per Arms)

Construction of scaffolding of sufficient height on both side of H.T/L.T line for providing sufficient clearance to conductors during stringing & de-stringing of ACSR Zebra conductor as per requirement

Dismantling of 03 (Three) phases existing ACSR Zebra conductor all hardware fiting and conductor accessories e.g. Armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings etc of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor are empty drum on re-use safety transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL store. (Quantity has been taken double for 06 phase)

De-stringing of 24 Fibre OPGW cable along with hardware fitting,joint box and its proper rolling

Dismantling and Stacking of 132 KV Double Circuit towers after cutting of bolt with all safety and precaution along with associated works. Dismantling of the tower is done piece by piece in a safe manner by removing the tack welding / punching, un-fastening the bolts &nuts in a systematic manner, the members so dismantled shall have to be in such a condition that the same can be re-used in future. To the maximum possible extent as cutting / cutting shall have to be avoided. Similarly, while de-stringing the materials are to be removed carefully without damage to the materials (Conductor/ Insulators / Hardware fittings etc.). The removed/released materials are to be re-used to the extent possible.

Transportation/Carriage of dismantled material (tower parts) from site to store at 132 KV S/S Khajni,Gorakhpur along with loading, unloading, stacking

Dismantling of earlier foundation which includes Excavation,breaking of foundation upto 2 mtr depth and removing of concrete,cutting,removing of stubes and steel reinforcement,backfilling,levelling and making field suitaable for agriculture.

PART- D(CORRIDOR CLEARANCE WORKS FOR NEW LINE PORTIONS)

Cutting of different types of trees like mango,Neem,Sheesham,Eucalyptus,popular etc. having follwing Girths aand falling in the range of corridor of above Transmission Line to Provide Minimum allowed ROW Clearence for 220 KV line &Conductors on both side of the tower/Line with all due Care of safety&Precautions to Avoid any damage to nearby Building,Power&Telephone Lines passing nearby,crops,other nearby Trees etc.The work also includes Removing,Eliminating&Cleaning the Lines Sites after Cutting of the Trees

Trees having Trunk upto 1.0 mtr to above girth

Lopping&Chopping of Branches of Different types of Trees like Mango,Neem,Sheesham,Peepal,Semal,Eucalyptus,Popular etc.,Falling in the range of Corridor of the above Transmission Lines to Provide the Minimum allowed ROW Clearence for 220 KV line &Conductors on both side of the tower/Line with all due Care of safety&Precautions to Avoid any damage to nearby Building,Power&Telephone Lines passing nearby,crops,other nearby Trees etc.The work also includes Removing,Eliminating&Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping&Chopping of the Trees.

Cutting,Lopping &Chopping of Bamboo Koty falling the range of line corridor above transmission line with all due Care of safety&Precautions to Avoid any damage to nearby Building,Power&Telephone Lines passing near vicinity of trees with all cost of men,misc consumable and T&P etc. required for the job
