Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster /terrazoo on brick / stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as directed

M & L for Rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overalll as fixed along the cente line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110 mm dia PVC SWR pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with clamps to walls all as directed.

M & L for perpartion of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed

M & L for perpartion of old painted wooden surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed

S&F 3.0 mm sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane including hacking out broken glass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 3 mm thick pin headed/figured/frosted glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old brocken glass of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples fixed in wooden or steel frame all as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compa ction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

---ditto-- as serial item No 25 above but without glazing bars complete all as specidied and directed.

S & F mild steel Chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F 3.0 mm sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or with beading in square n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes and treating with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima or equivalent) over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes with mechanical means such as electrical Grinder etc, preparing surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed and specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
