Fixing only Desert Air cooler, electric driven single phase having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CUM per hour made of MS sheet of 18SWG , electric driven capacity 170 Watt 230V (single phase ), having approx storage capacity of 80 Ltrs. with Desert Air Cooler,fan motor, dully pump, rotary switch with complete All Acessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Note : Desert Coolers will be issued under Schedule 'B' Store)

Point wiring complete with 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated PVC unsheathed multi stranded FRLS copper condutor with color code single core cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty non metalic PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia of thickness 1.8 mm concealed in wall, roof, etc, with all measures fittings and 3.00 mm thick plastic terminated sheet top cover on pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting switches , sockets, regulators etc incl PVC insulated and unsheathed single core copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings as specified and directed for the following:- Note:-(1) Switches and sockets shell be measured and paid separately.(2) cost of inserting PVC conduits inside wall ceiling, chase cutting and finishing with CM(1:4) and further matching finish as with existing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S&F switch flush type , 15 Amp , 230 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps flush type 240 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Framed brackets of angles or Tees with web and flanges cut to shape ,drilled and counter sunk for screw ,including bending and welding angles of MS fabricated stand made out of 40x40x5mm angle frame duly grouted in wall as necessary MS angle painted 2 coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Fixing only flame proof Exhaust Fan of size 457 mm (18"), Motor Speed 1440 RPM, C.F.M 4000, Single phase, 230V, AC, 50 Hz with Aluminium Blades 18" including louvers for exhaust fan of 18" of Shyam Cat Part No SSPL/EF/140457 or equivalent in sudhir or legrand.(Note : Flame proof exhaust fan will be issued under Schedule 'B' Store)

Supply and Fix Flame proof point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volt grade (FRLS) electric cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm phase and neutral drawn in and including ERW rigid steel stove enameled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 20mm dia concealed type including all flame proof conduct fittings and accessories such as tees junction boxes, suitable for two fan/light controlled by one flame proof rotary switch SP one way and including drawing continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly complete conforming to IS-694 all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole on & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested & certified by CMRI-Dhanbad.

M&L for making opening in existing wall of stone massonary by taking out stones carefully and plastering inside in circular shape as required at site to match the frame of exhaust fan including grouting 04 Nos of bolts in existing wall to hold the frame of fan firmly with wall and making good disturbed surfaces of wall all as directed at site.
