M&L for Spray painting of upto 250 KVA transformer pole mounted / plinth mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking of transformer capacity with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnection of all Primary/Secondary connections of the defective transformer rating up to 250 kVA out door / indoor type, any make, taking down / out from plinth / pole / platform with the help of suitable crane and transporting the same carefully to workshop for repair and bringing back and test, install & commissioning in its original existing position by making all neccessary connections complete all as directed.

M&L for Opening top cover of transformer taking out complete oil and keeping in clean and dry container, taking out core & winding from the body,remove the sludge from tank complete and segregation of HT/LT coil from transformer including job assembling of jointing the connections of HT/LT coil in core assembling complete insulation works, setting of core, making new connections (as per existing connections), proper alignment of job including keeping in oven chamber of as per IS Specification of respective transformer capacity for remove the moisture as well as fixing of upper yoke lamination, checking, tightening, nuts, bolts, washers and all types of gasket ( Bushing and tank) etc and welding if any leakage found in body or fins, making good dificient item if any, testing the jobs with megger for proper results including two coats of anti corrosive paint after cleaning inside transformer tanks and two coats of outside painting including writing KVA Capacity, repairs of body by means of welding, jointing if required complete for capacity up to 250 KVA with complete Testing and Commissioning all as directed.

M&L in repairs for Making Primery/secondary coil with High conductivity Electrolytic copper wire of required gauge as per specification of old existing transformer including making of coil as required of various capacity of transformer complete all as directed.

M&L for Reconditioning of over heated HT/ LT coil of transformer up to 250 KVA after removing all old insulation any type and re-insulation with insulated craft paper cotton tape Class 'F' insulation as required complete all as directed.

Supply and filling in replacement of transformer oil as per IS :335 with 60KV di-electric strength complete in transformer plinth / pole mounted including testing insulation and vescocity of oil all as specified and directed Make : Power Oil, HP Transformer Oil, Servo Electric.
