PART A - CIVIL WORK

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, in all kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5 in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Shahabad Stone pavers flooring below sink turf of varying thickness from 20mm to 40mm all complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall. 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and fixing pipes of 75mm dia, Unplasticised - Rigid PVC pipes of sanitary grade including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS etc., complete

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality of 20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing Nahni trap of approved quality and colour all as specified / as directed etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel hand wash trough with internal dimensions of bottom width 300mm, top width 400mm and depth 400mm, folding the top for a width of 50/75mm all around with skirting piece of 150mm on the support side to accomodate fixing arrangement made out of 1 mm thick 304 grade SS material with 2 Nos. of waste coupling including kohinoor waste pipe of standard pattern including end closures on both sides with necessary welds fixing stainless steel hand wash trough to MS supporting structure with necessary welds, all complete as per direction of engineer in charge and drawing (Mode of Measurement - Rmt),

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) 500 ltrs, Sintex water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Constructing soak pit 1.20x1.20x1.20 m filled with brickbats including S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter and 1.20 m long complete as per standard design

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 Coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) covering slabs for inspection chambers etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand) and cost of required centering shuttering and finishin smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on exposed surface etc complete.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick GI sheet for Display board including necessary clamping/fixing arrangement

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for two or more coats on new work, for painting graphics on Display board

Providing and fixing standard approved quality and make 25mm CPVC Ball valve for water supply pipe including cutting the pipes solution jointing, providing and fixing, testing etc., all as specified / as directed etc., complete.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 5 km complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

PART B - ELECTRICAL WORK

Supplying & laying mains with 2x1.5 sq.mm.and earth wire 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC copper wire, in rigid PVC conduit min. 20mm dia as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying mains with 3Cx6 sq.mm. FRLS PVC copper wire, in rigid PVC conduit min. 25 mm dia etc,as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fxing of below mentioned specification LED luminaire & fixing of the same on to the ceiling/wall, by providing required clamps/screws/ anchor bolt-nuts, washers etc., making electrical connections, earthing etc., as required/ directed by engineer-in-charge. Supplying of 32A, 240V, double pole (DP) switch ,modular type with indicator along with modular switch plate & cover plate and fixing of the same on to the modular switch box, making electrical connections etc.,as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 4 Module non metalic modular box and cover plate for modular switche / socket and fixing of modulor switchs and 5A socket on to the modulor switch box making electrical connections etc., as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Fixing of D. O. L. Starter suitable for 250V.single phase, 50 cycles with overload element with necessary materials and connected to supply upto 2 H.P.etc ,complete as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal monoblock pumpset, for pumping DOMESTIC water from the near by water source / UG sump to overhead water tank having 0.5HP ,230V, Single phase 50 cycles . The set shall be fitted on a common base frame including foundation bolts and nuts with inter connected wiring from control panel to pumpsets, terminations etc., complete as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.
