Taking down cement plaster of any description from chajja, facia, drop wall, external surfaces of brick walls, soffits of beams & slabs etc. including removal of damaged portion for repairing and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of debris from site and disposed outside the MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed dtone aggregate) and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish. (Height of work is upto 3.5m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item) including taking down old chajja, facia, dropwall and incl removal of damaged portion of repairing scrubbing down with water and removal of debris from site and disposed out side the MD land ).

All as per serial item No 2.00 above but height of work above 3.5 mtr and up to 7.5 mtr from FFL of ground floor complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall, canopy, porch, parapet wall or similar location etc.for discontinuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same thickness and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish (Area exc. 0.1 Sqm but n. exc. 1 Sqm each. (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item).

Demolition of RCC as in chajjas / shelves / roof projection and similar location complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to damaged portion of soffits of beam, chajjas and RCC slab by providing CM(1:3) and finished the surface matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Area not exceeding 3 Sqm each.)

Dismantling, floor tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down / removal of wall tiling, terrazzo topping, plaster and kota stone from vertical surface any type incl cement mortar bedding upto brick surface for new tile work and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (approved quality) of size 450X300X7-8mm thick as in skirting/ dado set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 400X400X7mm thick as in floors, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/colour cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm first quality coloured in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed".

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 300 x 200 x 6 to 7mm , as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring/staircase steps(treads)/landings incl corner nosing at corners 16-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing or prepolished complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 17.00 above but in skirting/reservs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing shown on page 160 of SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing on srl page No 156 of SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix powder coated Aluminium door shutter with frame including jointing cleats and fixing accessories such as hinges handle and locking arrangements etc size of long rail styles and bottom rail shall be 110x44.5 mm and top & centre rail shall be 85x44.5 mm thickness of aluminium section shall be 18 gauge with top and bottom panel shall be provided with 5.00 mm thick plain sheet glass or 12mm thick PVC sheet best quality including locking arrangement (with mortice lock 80mm long) including taking down door shutter with chowkat or frame, any size complete all as specified and directed.
