CERTAIN REPAIR TO ROAD/HARD STANDING INCLUDING REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE AT CERTAIN LOCATION UNDER AGE B/R-I AT NEW CANTT UNDER GE (WEST) PRAYAGRAJ.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumminous primer VG-10 grade and putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 Cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n.exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm but n. exc. 100mm and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), in two layers of 75mm thick each using lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite stone aggregate, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each layer shall be laid and rolled separately.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat paving bitumen VG-10 grade with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Sqm on black top road surface and applying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder (paving bitumen VG-30) grade with 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) all as specified in particular specifications. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be worked out on the basis of binder contents (bitumen VG-30) of 4% by weight of total mix. (ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE and less bitumen shall be deducted from the quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning old/new dirt, oil/ grease spots and foreign materials etc, from road surface and applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved, having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P, including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer, making proper arragement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger Paints. Note:- Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeneously composed of pigment, resins and glass reflecting beads in required proportion as per MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS. (b) The Contractor will made proper arrangement for traffic diversion and safety rules during laving of painting on Roads.

S&F in repair solar stud alumininum alloy powered with high efficiency solar monocrystalline solar panel (2.4 V/0.3 watt) one Ni-MH or Ni-cd rechargeble battery (1.2V/1600 MA) with 6 super bright LEDs, with 10000 to 18000 Mcd (Milicandela), dimension-125mm x125mmx25mm (shank 60mm) including adhesive for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark eye Model DHRUV or equivalent Cat Part of makes :- Green lite/Siner infratsture/Oscar safety/3M

S&F in repair 1.2m long delinator made of MS pipe 47mm outer dia, 900mm height from top surface of PCC, duly powder coated , covered with 4 nos of retro reflective high intensity HIP grade tape, in red, yellow white and green in colour of size 100 mm wide from top and mesh of 16 guage fixed from the top to cover this bands of reto reflective taps including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and fixed in PCC block (1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm complete all as specified and directed. Make : SD-03 of M/s Sapphire Road Safety Products/3M/Dark eye/Avery denson/sinor infratsture/equivalent as approved as GE.

S&F in repair cat eyes ABS body with scratch and abrassion resistant, micro prismatic, polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses, temperature resistance body of size 90x100x17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufactures instruction having resistant creamer coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed. Make-3M/Dark Eye/ Avery denson/Sinor infratsture/equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair speed bumps high resistance to severe impacts and hard weather conditions made of sturdy plastic (Black/Yellow colour) & UV Stabilizers, studded with reflectors on either side complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark eye Model No. DA 1001/Sinor Infrastructure/3M/ equivalent make as approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete including tiles if any of any size n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and a directed

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded factory made vibratory compected cement concrete interlocking paver block pre-polished in approved design and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 with cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching bed block etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.
