"ROOFING COLOUR COATED HI PROFILE SHEETING Supplying and fixingpermanently colour coated hi rib

profiled sheets of rib depth 28 - 30mm with 190 - 250 mm pitch distance. Hi profiled sheets shall be minimum0.5 TCT

galvalume or zincalume steel sheet having minimum yield strengthof 550 Mpa, with a coating of mass of minimum

gsm (Aluminium Zincalloy). The Galvalume steel sheet shall be finished with 20 microns ofsilicon modified polyester

(SMP) colour coating (approved colour) overan epoxy primer coat of 5 micron. The sheet shall also have a back

coatof 5 microns on reverse side over 5 microns primer coat. The sheet shallbe fixed over the purlins with hexagonal

head self drilling fasteners of12 - 14 x 55 mm long including neoprene/EPDM washer on each crest ofsheet. The

maximum end lap of sheet shall be 150 mm and sealed withsilicon sealent. The work shall include of all labour,

equipments,materials, submission of shop drawings, cost of consumables, fasteners,washers etc.

Payment would be made on the basis of roof area covered bythe sheets.

This item includes for lovers, claddings, roof light openings, etc.,all complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

ROOFING GALVANISED STEEL GUTTER 0.8 MM THICK Provinding and fixing 15 cm wide 45 cm over all semi

circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm size; bolts; nuts adn washers etc. including making

necessary connections with rain wat er pipes complete 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2;

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised-Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including

4 jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion.(i) Single Socketed pipes. All 425 RM
