Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing for 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade galvanised steel tubing including all fittings such as union, reducer, sockets, reducing bends elbows tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc fixed to wall and ceilling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 15mm GI tubing and connection in new or old position (wall, floor, wall etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing for 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade galvanised steel tubing including all fittings such as union, reducer, sockets, reducing bends elbows tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc fixed to wall and ceilling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 20mm GI tubing and connection in new or old position (wall, floor, wall etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks 1000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks 500 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litres (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part-I & as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 15mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves 15mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive fixed to wall with iron cleants etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers, bore of pipe 110mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete/ brick exterior surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surface on exterior wall and applying two coats of cement paint over one coat of priming the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing waterproofing treatment of tar felt of any description from roof surfaces and removing rubbilsh to a distance not exc 100mtres complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside for carrying water proofing treatment, reconnecting & refixing in position capacity exc 500 ltrs but not exc 1000 litres complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed on concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 40mm thick (1:2:4) type Bo using 12mm graded stone aggregates as in padding on roof surfaces for correcting/ making proper slope on roof/ chhaja and roof kerbs/ benching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/Sqm. The height of the roof may upto 9 m comprising with following items complete all as specified and directed:- (i) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. (ii) Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kg per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (iv) Laying of water proofing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3mm thick composed of woven polyster center core, which is sandwitched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening, high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps as per manufacture instruction etc. (v) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm.

M&L for applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry on roof and cut and polished over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in Cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
