ITEM:DECORATIONS

Flower and festive decoration (a) Main gates (with exclusive multi colour freshflowers and decoratives) (b) Hall gate (with exclusive multi colour freshflowers) (c) construction of temparerary gate ( ARCH Structure) (d) Decoration of Exhibition area as per the theme with net dupatas, artificial flowers etc. Entire venue decoration with flower including compound wall. ITEM:PUBLICITY & ADVERTISMENT TEXT PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT

Publicity / advertisement about the event from at least three days ahead of the event and during the exhibition through the advertisement in the at least two local dallies and through Hoardings, Broachers and Banners at prominent places of city and exhibition complex, Radio and at least 2 FM Channel with repetition of advertisement after every 15-20, minutes in the peak hour.

ITEM: INFRASTRUCTURE

Stage with good quality new carpet / matting. 40x8 feet(dimention)with a height of (1-2 feet)

construction of Main Gate (Temperary structure), with printed banners / to be pasted on gate as per the requirement of the department). As required for two Gates (in and out)

One row of Sofa Set and armed cushion chairs 50 Nos and two central table on the inaugural day.

ITEM: Cultural Activity

Cultural programme/Musical event on inaugural and valedictory function and on Saturday and Sundays evening (5:00 PM to 6:00 PM) during exhibition. (01 hour duration)

ITEM: GENERATOR

Standby generator (with diesel / kerosin oil) with cable / wire required upto main junction box alongwith attendant / electrician (as per requirement).

ITEM: Security Arrangement

Security arrangements for the event 24x7 during the exhibition. CCTV with recording on prominent places of venue and sufficient number of security guards. (atleast 04 Nos of Seurity Guards on each floor).

ITEM: PUBLIC ADRESS SYSTEM

Public announcement system (with music system) – USB player with cordless mike and speaker boxes to be placed at various places inside and outside the hall. 02 cordless mikes, 8 speaker

ITEM: LCD TV / LED SCREEN

Video Screen / LCD TV with stands for playing Handloom Promotional Films at a prominent place inside and outside the venue. LCD TV- 2 Video / LED Screen - 8 x 10 feet - 01

ITEM: PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO GRAPHY

Photography and Videography during the event Hard and Soft copy of the same.

ITEM: INGAUGURAL AND VALEDICTORY FUNCTION

ITEM: Miscellaneous Expenses

NOCs from District Administration , Police, Fire Services, Municipal Corporation and Electric Department etc and all other such expenses related to organizing the event shall be borne by the successful bidder etc.

ITEM: COVID PROTOCOL

Proper arragement of Hand santizer along with automatic dispenser (02 Nos) to be installed at entrance. Daily sanitization of the event area. Contactless thermal thermometre and sugerical face mask
