Supply & fixing of colour coated roofing profile sheet of nominal 1015 mm effective cover width and nominal 28 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the 5 pans at nominal 203 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material shall be of 0.5mm Total Coated Thickness/ 0.53mm Total Painted Thickness Colorbond XRW steel-High tensile with min 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot-dipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si ) as per AS1397/ IS15961. Zincalume AZ150 (min. 150 g/m2 total on both sides), with Super Durable Polyester Colorbond steel quality paint system (Tata BlueScope Steel or approved equivalent make).

Providing and fixing precoated steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, metallic hot dipped coated etc using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete job for ridges, valleys etc. upto 600mm wide

Providing and fixing of 300 × 40 mm thick deodar wood eaves boarding to sides of M.S Truss with decorative profile as per approved design with necessary fixing arrangement all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 20mm thick deodar wood planks (toungued & Grooved) to the soffits of MS Truss with necessary framework of budloo wood 2" × 11/2" section with spacing of 450 mm × 450mm framework with necessary fittings/arrangements including primer and painting with enamel paint (two or more coats) complete job as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Making soak pit with over all depth of 4.5mts with 2.5m diameter for ground level to 2mts then 1.5mts dia from 2m to 4.5mts (over alldepth of 4.5m) walls to be retained with with dry stones masonary wall for width of 0.5mts all around the well the remaning portion to be filled with dry stones along with drain pipes 100 mm diameter, 2.5 m long complete as per standard design/drawings or as directed .by Engineer in charge and l as per drawings

Providing and fixing 210×10 mm Hilti make fasteners HRD 10, including drilling and cleaning the holes and filling with chemical fastening agent/epoxy adhesive etc. all complete.

Filling the gap in between wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/Stone work by providing Polyurethrane filler foam of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Width upto 50 mm and depth 150 mm

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm, with 40mm dia, steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing non reflective signages with base plate of hihg density H.I.P sheet and water proof self adhesive printed flim with reqired lettering/numbering pasted with cold rolled machine all complete

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge; letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class -II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminum alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm c/c all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminum sheet including appropriate priming coat all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Fibre glass cloth over wooden soffits with adhesive fevicol or equivalent rubber based heatproof adhesive to seal any minor gaps and reinforce the soffits.
