Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) un-reinforced.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for 75mm thick in PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete.

M&L for Light shade Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to mach over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.

S&F coloured, printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc . set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finished use CM 1:4 all as specified.

M & L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7 mm over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat jointed and pointed in coloured cement to match on vertical surface such as skirting, dado etc

Taking down cement plaster of any descreption and in any position on brick or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair surfaces of Brick wall/concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (10mm + 5mm) in two coats in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces finishing the surface even and fair including mixing water proofing compound under finishing coat complete. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separtely under relevent item of this BOQ.

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&l for rendering 10mm thick CM 1:3 on Ceilling on fair faces of brick/concrte surface finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of ceilling and applying three coats of white wash on Ceilling , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over one coat of self primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- ASIAN PAINT (APEX)/BERGER PAINT (WEATHER COAT SMOOTH)/NITCO (OUT SHINE)
