CERTAIN REPAIR AND SERVICING AND DG SETS AND CONNECTED WORK AT DALHOUSIE CANTT UNDER AGE(I) DALHOUSIE

M & L for general servicing of DG Sets of capacity 15 KVA to 30 KVA comprising of following jobs i.e. transportation, labour charges & minor materials required for servicing as required complete all as specified and directed. :- (i) Cleaning of complete DG set & greasing of the parts. (ii) Tappet setting as per standard. (iii) Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments. (iv) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps. (v) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring. (vi) Self & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal. (vii) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine. (viii) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method. (ix) Unserviceable /brocken/removed DG set doors to be repair and refixing. (x) Checking and repair of unserviceable electrical wiring DG sets .

Ditto all as per Item No. 1 above but DG set of capacity 31.25 KVA to 40 KVA.

S & F in replacement Engine oil filter suitable for DG sets of Capacity 15 KVA to 30 KVA complete all as specified and directe

Ditto all as per Item No. 3 above but DG set of capacity 31.25 KVA to 40 KVA. .

S & F in replacement diesel filter suitable for DG set of Capacity 15 KVA to 30 KVA Primary & secondary set complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per Item No.5 above but Capacity 35 KVA & 40 KVA primary and secondary set.

S & F in replacement air cleaner Elements inner and outer for DG Set of capacity 15 KVA to 30 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement air cleaner Elements inner for DG Set of capacity 35 KVA & 40 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in replacement Premixed coolent suitable for DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in replacement sump/ topping up engine oil, multi grade 20W40 in engine & including replacement of old engine oil complete all as specified and directed.
