M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 9.0 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate Yellow & Black Strips (5 Nos. Strip of 300 mm wide each) and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with One Coat of Aluminium Paint, including writing of pole numbers with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
