M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg) as in filling under undulation of roof top/chajja/beam incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Butt hinges 75 mm size, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel.

S&F M S handles 100mm size, cast type, anodised.

S&F M S barrel tower bolts 150mm long of extruded section.

Cutting hole by drilling for fixing of bolts of fix the cage plate 4 nos hole for cage by of the monkey cage and filling with epoxy grouting as per complete and matching with exiting surface all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately under relevant items here-in-before.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

M&L Preparation of new steel sufaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer not otherwise described including rubbing out and cleaning rust on new steel surfaces Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 95 Sqmm 3.5 core. Make:- Havells or Finolex or Gloster or Plaza or Universal as approved by GE.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core Make:- Havells or Finolex or Gloster or Plaza or Universal as approved by GE.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 50 Sqmm 3.5 core. Make:- Havells or Finolex or Gloster or Plaza or Universal as approved by GE.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 to 70 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type. Make:- Denson, M,seal,Raychem.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 to 120 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type. Make:- Denson, M,seal,Raychem.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

Returning filling including spreading and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removal of surplus/spoil on a distance n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15 cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80 mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and comman salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe, funnel, wire mesh. concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover. PCC pit shall be provided 50 cm away from earth pit and not on the earth pit itself. The extra cost of the watering pipe, bends, elbows shall be included in the unit rate. Note : RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 8,550.00 to be deducted during AOC.
