Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per item No. 1.00 above but more than 1.5 Mtr and upto 2 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of metal box MS enclosure made out of CRCA sheet 3.00mm thick of size 500mm x 500mm x 300mm depth complete with three phase and neutral aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps and fixing of 3P, 100A MCCB mounted on epoxy insulators, fixing arrangement with suitable MS Clamps of size 32 x 6 mm thick all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for MCCB 100 Amp, Aluminium Busbar 3 pole and 1 neutral of 200 Amp, epoxy insulators and MS clamps of size 32 x 6mm included in this item rate.

Supply and joint in replacement of cable jointing kit straight through joint epoxy type of size 70/95 sqmm 3.5 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any size and shape of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment and vibrated with mechanical vibrator, with 30mm thick crushed sand for cushioning all as directed.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 2 core 6 Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting , testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old steel pole / struts any type and size including demolition of concrete, foundation, necessary excavation and earth work and transportation etc.

Supply, fixing and install in replacement of 7 mtr height mild steel octagonal pole top 70 mm, bottom 130 mm, surface finished: hot dip galvanised, 3 mm thikness with base plate 200x200x12 mm and GI 64 micron, M19x600 EN 8 grade foundation bolt and 1 mtr arm for light fittings complete including foundation drawing provided by OEM for foundation of pole. Note : Rate for RCC in foundation, reinforcement, excavation, earthwork in any type of strata, 7 mtr pole, foundation base plate, foundation bolts, Nuts, one mtr arm etc. are covered in rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light fittings 200 watts, The luminaire should have colour temp of 5700/6500K and THD less than 10% CRI more than 70. The luminaire shall meet IP 66 Ingress protection and impact resistance of IK07 and housing should made of pressure die-cast aluminium and integrated PC lens. 10 KV external surge protection long life of LED complete including driver safety requirement standard as per IS 15885-2-13, suitable for high mast light pole of any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm for earthing from earth plate to equipment complete fixed on pocelain insulator every 1 meter interval all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI at 415 Volt factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shard having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS 8623793 comprising of the following :- OUTER SHELL : The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accomodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

Supply and fix cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws on LT pole of size 20x15 mm

M&L for preparation of surfaces for LT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for in replacement of pole Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”. Note : These earthings shall be provided for poles; without provision of concrete earth pits.

M&L for in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for LT underground cables suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : - AMOUNT OF SCHEDULE OF CREDIT RS. 1,74,895.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT OF BOQ.
