Earth/ Sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, eatering. Ramming etc complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royality, sales tax and other durites and taxes as may be necessary (a) with earth or silt or sand obtained by head load with lead upto 90m and lift upto 2m

Provoding soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick , sand packed and laid to level in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and material and if necessary dewatering complete.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32 mm in foundation bed for footing steps,walls brick works etc as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid sparately). (a) prop 1 cement : 3 sand and 6 : coarse aggregae by volume.

Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary. a) In propotion 1:3

Cement plaster skirtintg with cement mortar in prop 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand finshed with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. (a) 15mm thick

Supplying fitting and fixing in positions reinforcement bars conforming tob relevants I.S Code for R.C.C work/R.B walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (upto 1st floor level). c) ISI approved Mild steel reinforcement bar (M.S. Bar)

Providing and laing plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work ( from work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately). (I) Using Mixer machine. (A) In substructure up to plinth level, foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. (b) M 20 grade concrete or prop.

Steel work welded in built up section, framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in postions and applying priming coat of red-lead paint including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and ruts or welding, if necessary as directed. a) In beams and joists with connecting plates/angled cleat.

Roof Truss Providing , fitting hoisting and fixing of roof truss fabricated out of combination of any two or all of the following sections (i) Square section (ii) Rectangular Hollow section of Specification RSH/SHS and (ii) M.S. cleat, M.S. angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing celling joist as per design complete as directed as per specifications. (b) using other ISI marked approved brand tube.

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S angales ,M.S bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat completed as directed. c) M.S. bolts & nuts.

Roofing Providing corrugated galvenised iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE /SAIL/ including fitting and fixing necessary galvenised J or L hoks bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 m thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc to be measured and paid separately). (d) 0.60mm thick
