Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying cables and getting out in Soft /Loose soil for foundation and laying of cable/erecting poles all as specified.

Returning and filling in soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified.

Material and labourfor Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

Supply and lay sub class 'B' bricks of standard size in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Taking down of LT UG Cable of any size all as specified & directed.

Supply,Laying and testing XLPE UG cable 16 sqmm cross sectional area and 4 core PVC insulated armored heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches including taking up defective unserviceable cable all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 7 herein before but for 10 sqmm 4 core.

All as per Item No 7 herein before but for 2 core 10 sqmm. Note for item: No 7 to 9 :- (a) Excavation and earth work, cable protection and sand for cushion will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixed in repair bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI tubing bent to required shape 1.5m long including necessary GI clamps, nuts bolts and washers and fixing to the pole complete including taking down old or Old U/S bracket from the pole as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair weather proof PVC junction box approved by CPRI street light control box made out of not less than 2mm thick of size 250mm x 200 mm x 105mm (approx) complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of 2 Nos of suitable size cable glands consisting of 01 No panel mounted connector 4 pole MCB 6A 10KA 01No, including connecting up with the electrical connections and fixing and clamping complete and all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable street light HPSV / MH/Tube light fitting/LED fitting/Flood light of any wattage and type from the pole/building of any height including disconnecting the cable connections for repairing of light fittings and refixing in same position all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Spares shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent items. 2. The cost of replacing of internal connections, screws bolts etc shall deemed to be included in the repair cost.

Supply only porcelain lamp holders pin / screw type suitable for HPSV/MH type fitting 70/ 150/250 Watts.

Supply only capacitor suitable for HPSV/MH 70/150/250 Watts.

Supply and fixed in repair LED Garden fitting of 10 Watt as existing fitting on existing pipe of any size and height with all accessories prewired fixed with FI clamps nuts bolts etc.

Supply and fixed in repair IP65 Rated LED Bollard with robust design and efficient light distribution 10 watt on existing pipe of any size and height with all accessories prewired fixed with FI clamps nuts bolts etc all as directed.

Supply and fixed in Repair LED flood light fitting 70 W integral type light fixture, cast aluminum body, reflector, drivers, LEDs and accessories with system wattage 70 W all as directed.

Supply and fixed in Repair LED flood light fitting 50 W integral type light fixture, cast aluminum body, reflector, drivers, LEDs and accessories with system wattage 50 W all as directed..

Supply and fix Time switches Digital 24 hour, 440 V three phase with contactor TP of rating 32 Amps and MCB TPN of rating 40A fitted in steel enclosure with necessary accessories to fixing RCC/steel tubular pole including bracket, nuts, bolts, washers etc. and making all necessary connections through connectors including taking down old one. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix street light Time switches Digital 24 hour, 440 V 2 pole 32 Amps including taking down the old US one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Contactor two pole 25-32 Amps suitable for street light timer switch including taking down the old US one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of LT steel tubular / RCC/ PSC poles at the bottom from ground level towards upwards up to 2 m height with black and yellow strips each 15 cm width on the poles. Including marking of pole numbers with white synthetic enamel paint over black colour base as per existing pattern all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for shifting of pole top mounted street light bracket from the pole of any type and height and fix at suitable height by using of suitable size of Nut bolts,clamps inluding closing of hole on top of the pole by using MS plate all as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.
