AMC of unitary AC units Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following unitary Air Conditioning units both IDU & ODU (SAC/WAC/CSAC) at different locations under the premises of Birpara SG Hospital Alipurduar.

SAC 1.5Tr/1 tr Quantity = 09 nos X 12 months = 108 nos

SAC 2.0/2.2Tr Quantity = 48 nos X 12 months = 576 nos

7.5 Tr Concealed Split AC Quantity = 12 nos X 12 months = 144 nos

Mortuary cooler (5 Tr) 2 Nos x 12 Month = 24 Nos

Note 1: comprehensive mtc. Will cover replecement of all spare parts including compressor in place of damage or unserviceable spare parts. Note 2: Queted rate per machine should be inclusive of spare parts manpowar whole time manpower and taxas duties etc. Note 3: Maintance of above AC machine should be maintain following the annex terms & condition which is integral part of this BOQ. The agency should engage a whole time semi skilled AC technician for attending emergency call from the authourity who will preferably reside in the premises of Birpara SGH. In addistion local AC technician is preferable. Note4: Rate Should be Quoted with inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess as applicable.
