(A) Road Work: Clearing and grubbing of Road land including up rooting wild vegetation , grass, burshes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unseviceable materials & stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause

(A ) By mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by Providing well graded material, spreeding in uniform layers with by tractor with grading attachment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical specification cl. 401.

Water Bound Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rooling with there wheel 80-100kn static roller in stage to proper grade and chamber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fillup the inter slice of coares aggregate wtering and compacting to the required density as per technical Specification Clause. 2) Grading-II (A) manual means.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rooling with there wheel 80-100kn static roller in stage to proper grade and chamber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fillup the inter slice of coares aggregate wtering and compacting to the required density as per technical Specification Clause. 3) Grading-II I(A) manual means.

Prime Coat (I) Low porosity Providing and applying primmer coat with bitumin emultion (SS-1) on prepared surcafe of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical Clause

Tack coat (II) Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin emultion (CR5-i) using emultion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 Kg/sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminius surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100- 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 7s tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. B(ii)with 60/7o or vG -30 grade bitumen for Gradingll(1o mm nominal Size)

Providing and fixing of reto- reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with Ms 15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm 600mm below level as per drawing and technical specification clause 801.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one Year Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in’ o.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge I manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trench, watering, fixing the tree guard andmaintaining the plants for one year

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC.35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications. ( As per Detail estimate)

(B) Hume Pipe Culvert 1000mm Dia, 1 No Earth work in excavation of foundation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. A. Manual means (without dewatering) Upto 3.00 m depth

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.( PCC Grade M10) I) Nominal Mix. Level Course

Bedding of pipe laying (Firsst Class) bedding on well compact sand, moorum or approve granular material as per clause 1105 (ii) Type B(First Class) Bedding Granular material

Brick masonary work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification Clause 600,1202 & 1203. A) Brick masonry in 1.4 cement mortar.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clause 613.4 & 1204.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culvert on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works backfiling concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets Clause 1106.
