Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including old unserviceable fixture and fittings complete etc removing the materials for taking credit and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit / PVC Casing Caping suitable size, FRLS wiring, along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof excluding Modular Metal flush box / PVC Modular Box and white cover plate with frame the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required suitable for Modular type fitting /fixture etc which shall be measured and paid separately all as specified and directed for :-

(a) One light point or fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one regulator / one switch

(b)One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on independent board with cables 1.5 sq. mm size

Supply and Fix modular socket modular 2/3 pin 6 A flush type 2 module.

Supply and fix Modular switch flush type single pole one way 10 A, 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable switches.

Supply and fix in repair ceiling rose 3 ways PVC / Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Stepped type Modular electronic fan regulator 120W, 2 Module flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete including taking down old unserviceable electronic fan regulator and removing the material for taking credit all as specified and directed.

Fixing only after repair fan regulator supply and connecting

Supply only condenser 2.5 MFD (for Ceiling Fan) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Usha/Keltran/uptran)

Supply and fix in repair wall mounted fan sweep 400mm,RPM 1300, single phase 220V , Oscilation angle in Degree 90 complete al as specified Engineer in Charge.

Taking down after disconnection of electrical connections etc of the existing wall mounting fan of any size of any make and checking for fault and hanging back after carry out all repair works including connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Rewinding of wall mounting fan of any type and make, stator coil with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge / quantity of burnt stator coil.

Supply and fix only condenser holder

Scrubbing / removing the existing paints from the wall mounting fan 400 mm sweep and painting the fan with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of metal oxide primer.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers

Taking down after disconnection of electrical connections etc of the existing Exhaust fan 300mm / 450mm sweep of any make and checking for fault and fixing back in position after carrying out all repair works including connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Rewinding of exhaust fan 250/300mm sweep stator coil with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge / quantity of burnt stator coil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Rewinding of exhaust fan 450mm sweep stator coil with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge / quantity of burnt stator coil.

Supply and fix only ball bearing for 250/300/450mm sweep Exhaust fan. .

Supply and fix only suitable capacitor for 250/300/450mm sweep Exhaust fan.

Hanging only ceiling fan after repair and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan.

Supply and fix in repair electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 3 phase 415 V, 10-60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH

Supply and fix in repair electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover single phase 230 V, 10- 60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH

Taking out the voltage stabilizer of any make and of capacity 4/5 KVA from site and transporting to servicing centre to detect /identify the nature of defects/repairs and reassembling after repair/servicing and commissioning at site including testing the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the burnt out transformer from the 5 KVA capacity stabilizer of any make and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire including provision of all materials and refixing into the stabilizer and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cable with copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable size 4sqmm including taking down old unserviceable.

Taking down defective storage water heater of any capacity from buildings after disconnecting carefully water and electric connection, opening the bottom cover replacing the defective parts fixing the cover and refixing in original position reconnecting both water and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- Replacement of spares will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the schedule here-in-after as supply only.
