Disconnecting electrical connections removing the unserviceable burnt out Power drive of Main Hoist of 25 To 30 Ton capacity crane, S&F and fix new Main Hoist Variable Frequency Drive of model Acs 380 series (25 to 30 HP, 18.5 to 22.5 KW) make ABB OR equivalent in Yasakawa, Siemens, L&T, CG, including programming by OEM Engineer and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrical connections removing the unserviceable burnt out Power drive of Main Hoist of 50 Ton capacity crane, S&F and fix new Main Hoist Variable Frequency Drive of model Acs 880 series (50 HP, 30 KW) make ABB OR equivalent in Yasakawa, Siemens, L&T, CG, including programming by OEM Engineer and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the old cable track assembley and S & F new Cable track assembly for carnes at various capacityies including suitable support chain complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the old DSL track assembley and S & F new DSL track assembly for carnes at various capacityies complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, SV Highbay light to LED High bay light, energy saving, enviorment friendly & robust highbay LED with PDC housing suitable for ceiling ( Surface type/Suspended type) mouting with system efficacy upto 150 Im/watt, 120watt including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.Note: Equipment and tools required for fitting of lights is arranged by contractor. Dismantling of cross trave/long travel/hoist assembly gear boxes/mechanical parts and reapairing of girders/wheels by fabrication work at workshop also do necessary wheel diagnosis requires at site for all capacity cranes all as directed and specified. Note: Cost of Dismantling , transportation, repairing, refixing at site and replacement of any unserviceable parts included in quoted rate.

Outsourcing of services for periodical checking, normal and routine maintenance, repairs and replacement of spares of EOT/HOT cranes of any make, model and span of the under mentioned capacities of cranes by providing One Crane Mechanic and Two Crane Helper per shift of 08 Hours per day for one shift on all days except Sundays and Holidays all as specified and directed. Rate Quoted shall be deemed to cater for following :- (a) Man power to be employed. (b) One (Semi skilled) and two unskilled person for each one shift from timings are : 0900 hr to 1700 hr (c) Provision of all safety equirement such as safety belts, hang gloves, safety cloths/helment, safety rope and first aid boxes to be provided by the contractor including demand rate. Note : Rates to be quoted for complete job as per sub items below inclusive of all taxes, as applicable including GST.

Notes: The provision of T&P for operating, repair and maintenance are deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted.

All stationary for Duty Roster, Gate pass books,Attendance register, Wages register, Log sheet book, maintenance record etc., shall be arranged, maintained and submitted by the contractor to Engineer in charge in the first week of every month.

Any loss due to negligence, faulty operation shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Wage period shall not exceed one month. Wages for all workers employed shall be paid before 7th day of every month through bank account without fail irrespective of whether RAR is claimed or not.

Minimum wages EPF, ESI, Bonus, etc., to the workers shall be paid by the contractor as per regional Labour/PF Commissioner, Gazette Notification including DA all as authorized.

Labour elements for fixing of other spares/parts mentioned in this Schedule/BoQ as 'Supply only' shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

Contractor shall maintain daily log sheet and complaint book duly signed by the user for each crane all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

The complaints received from the users duly enclosed in the register with docket number and complaint slip has to be maintained with user signature after satisfactory attending the compliant as a token of completion indicating showing the spares replaced wherever applicable.

The workers employed by the contractor for outsourcing shall be entitled for one day weekly off and the contractor has to provide suitable substitute in the concerned shifts. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for this provision.
