(a) Lump sump amount worked out by the contractor for Design, development of structural drawings as per the architectural drawing Nos CWE/ARCH/37/2026 Sheet No. 1/2, CWE/ARCH/37/2026 Sheet No. 2/2 and Construction of Standalone room for OPG Machine on design and build basis wrt as per architectural drawings, structural drawing, TD drawings, schedule of finishes incl ATT, WPT mosquito proofing, RCC frame structure and all other services & given specifications, etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The structural design and drawing shall be got vetted from any IITs/NITs before execution of work by the contractor.

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORKS as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part- II (Ref prepriced schedule attached seperately)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part-III (Ref prepriced schedule attached seperately)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part-IV (Ref prepriced schedule attached seperately)

S & F 8 Watt LED Bulb complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete M-25 Design mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel bars TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
