Painting the old walls with one coat with Exterior emulsion paint of first class quality paint of approved colour and shade for existing primer wall surfaces and other similar works including cost of paints, putty, brushes, watering, curing, through scrapping etc., all complete as directed by the departmental officers (paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use)

Painting the old Iron work and other similar works such as PVC / ASTM Pipes, Kerb Stone and grills with one coat of approved first class synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and brand over the through scrapped surface including scrapping the existing surface the paint should be supplied by the contractor at his own cost. (The quality and the brand of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) complying with relevant standard specifications.

Painting the old wood work with one coat of approved Ist class synthetic enamel paint including thorough scrapping the old paint using sand paper as required by the departmental officers including cost of material, labour for painting, supplying etc., all complete as directed by the departmental officers. (the paint quality and shade should be got approved by Executive Engineer before using.)

PA-CE-WW1C-SL OW) White washing one coat for old plastered surface using clean shell lime slaked including cost of lime, gum, blue, brushes, including scaffolding etc., complete in all respects.

DM-FL-TI-CM) Dismantling the Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs

Dismantling the damaged weathering course in lime concrete without affecting the adjacent structures in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and clearing the debris away from the site etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

DW-DMB-PCC) Dismantling Plain Cement Concrete including all tools and plants required etc. all complete as per relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

CN-FL-PCC-1:5:10) Flooring with a bed of CC 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of crushed stone sand and ten of hard broken stone Jelly including Mortar Plasticizer (Liquid) at 200ml per bag) for foundation and basement using 40 mm gauge hard broken stone jelly
